Timothy Winterstein is a Lutheran pastor in Indiana. He programs short films for the Newport Beach Film Festival and he has written about movies for The Jagged Word. He has programmed for the Spokane International Film Festival as well.

Jay Winterstein lives in southern California and has a degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of California-Irvine. He is a Senior Programmer with the Newport Beach Film Festival.
